Salesforce has launched Agentforce for Revenue, an AI-powered solution within its all-new Revenue Cloud, designed to transform the quoting process for businesses worldwide. 

The innovation reduces quoting time by 75 percent and cuts manual clicks by 87 percent, freeing sales teams to focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.

Sales quoting has traditionally been a complex and time-consuming task, with representatives needing to navigate catalogues, pricing rules and approvals under pressure. Agentforce streamlines this by allowing reps to generate accurate quotes in seconds simply by describing what they need — for example, “Quote 25 licences with a 10 percent discount.” The system instantly pulls the right products, pricing and terms, ensuring speed and accuracy.

Revenue Cloud further enhances the process with its advanced Product Configurator, which can handle quotes with thousands of line items. Unlike rigid rule-based systems, the new guided constraint engine acts like a GPS for sellers, providing real-time direction to ensure valid configurations while reducing rule maintenance.
