AHK Sri Lanka hosts Sundowners evening at Hettich Experience Centre

The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka) held its Sundowners evening at the Hettich Experience Centre on 19 March.

The evening brought together members of the German business community, industry professionals, and key stakeholders for a relaxed yet engaging gathering.

AHK Sri Lanka, part of the German Chamber Network, is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) which enjoys  a presence in 150 locations across 93 countries.

As AHK plays a vital role in supporting German companies, selecting the Hettich Experience Centre as the venue for the event aligned perfectly with their objectives.

Martin Klose Chief Delegate of AHK Sri Lanka said, “This evening perfectly captured what AHK Sri Lanka stands for, bringing people together, fostering meaningful connections, and showcasing the strength of German innovation in an environment that felt both inspiring and welcoming.”

Guests had the opportunity to explore Hettich’s premium product range, rooted in German heritage and engineering excellence, while enjoying an evening of camaraderie, conversation, and networking over refreshments.

Andre Eckholt, Managing Director, Hettich SAARC, India, Middle East & Africa, commented on the get-together, “We are delighted to have hosted AHK Sri Lanka at the Hettich Experience Centre for such a meaningful evening of connection and collaboration. This event allowed us to showcase our award-winning German-engineered solutions in a setting that truly reflects their purpose of offering magical interior experiences. At Hettich, we believe innovation is best understood when it is experienced, and we are proud to bring that experience closer to our customers.”
