ACCA Sri Lanka appoints leadership for 2025/26 at AGM

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Sri Lanka held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 5 at the Courtyard by Marriott, Colombo. 

A key highlight of the AGM was the reaffirmation of Chaaminda Kumarasiri Group Managing Director - The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, as Chairman for another term, with Prasenna Balachandran , Vice President Risk and Governance of INQUBE GLOBAL, continuing as Vice Chairman.

The Member Network Panel also includes appointed members Ranjani Joseph, Partner - Head of Banking and Head of Clients & Markets, KPMG Sri Lanka, Moiz Rehmanjee, Group Chief Financial Officer, Hemas Holdings, Mahesh Semage, Head Of Group Corporate Finance, CBL Group and Buddhi Pathiraja, Director, BDO Partners, along with elected members Sashi Jayakody, Finance Director, Hayleys Aventura-Hayleys Consumer and Hayleys Lifesciences, Lahiru Karunarathna, Director Finance, InnovateXLabs (Pvt) Ltd, Nadishanie Jayalath, Team Lead - BPO Operations, Hayleys Aventura (Pvt) Ltd and Dhananjaya Dayananda.
