AAT Sri Lanka hosts Recognition Ceremony to honour affiliated training partners



The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Sri Lanka recently conducted a Recognition Ceremony to honour its Affiliated Training Partners.

The ceremony was a testament to the commitment and collaboration between AAT Sri Lanka and its affiliated training partners in nurturing the skills and attitudes of middle-level accountants shaping the future of accounting profession in Sri Lanka. 

The welcome speech was delivered by Kapila Ranasinghe, Chairman of the AAT Education and Training Committee expressing gratitude to the Affiliated Training Partners for their unwavering dedication to fostering a dynamic learning environment that equips future accountants with the necessary skills to excel in their profession.

Following the welcome speech, Naleen De Silva, President of AAT Sri Lanka, delivered an insightful address highlighting the significance of the collaboration between AAT Sri Lanka and its affiliated training partnersin elevating the standards of the accounting profession. The ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed members of the AAT Governing Council and Tishanga Kumarasinghe, Chief Executive Officer of AAT Sri Lanka. 

The highlight of the event was the felicitation of 32 Affiliated Training Partners, who were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the accounting profession. Each partner was commended for their dedication to producing well-rounded and skilled accountants. The recognition ceremony served as a platform to celebrate and acknowledge the collective achievements of these partners.
