Yes i was watching the opening ceremony of the icc cricket frm maldives,yes when the hindi song was played instead of sri lankan national anthem, why cant any sri lankan who were there in england raised the question and report immediately and proper action would have taken place ,all i can say is the lankans who are living in england are bloody harak,nobody talk they simply watching the opening ceremony.

@ Sunil Gupta most Sri Lankans do not know Hindi, so post your comments in English. How will you feel if some African music is played when your Indian flag is paraded and your captain appears on screen! There would be a big hue and cry. That is the similar concern of Sri Lankans.

Dont be such a insane after watching the event. None of the countries National Anthem was played in the event. It was only a song by the some Artist of the country of origin was played. But for sri lanka instead of playing some sri lankan sinhala song they played indian hindi
