Now, the doctors would take charge of the medicines and start to prescribe them to the patients pretending to be the experts. The patients would say “ my doctor is brilliant”, “ my doctor is next to God, he gave me these tablets and my fever stopped the next day” . The patient’s sons and daughters hearing these from their parents would begin to say “ mum and dad I also want to be a doctor when I grow up “. This is like a comedy film but unfortunately it is the sad reality .

I hoped at last our “slow thinking” politicians have realised the dangers of using Indian made “ copied “medicines. Even the African countries are stopping buying medicines from India anymore after the deaths of hundreds of children who were given Indian medicines.

@Taprobana, India helped us defeat the LTTE by apprehending and assisting us to destroy their arms ships. Even now it is curbing LTTE activities. If it was not doing this we would have been dismembered a long time ago. Now the battle by LTTE operatives, Eelam war phase 2 - is being fought in the capital cities of the world and international forums and we are loosing.
