Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa today said there maybe a conspiracy behind the ongoing power crisis which needed to be probed.
He said the President had instructed to provide an uninterrupted power supply to people and it had been discussed with officials.
"We don’t know why power outages are continuing. If it’s an act of sabotage then it needs to be probed," Namal said.
If statements are being made saying that there won’t be power outages if adequate fuel is supplied and if power outages continue, then there’s a problem there. Perhaps it’s a hidden conspiracy, he said.

Not only conspiracy, we hear of areas not being subjected to power cuts due to an influential man residing there ? The PUC is either not aware or is party to it.

Must be an American conspiracy as there are American citizens in the cabinet!

Every problem in Sri Lanka is a conspiracy or the fault of the British or the West. Why doesn’t a reporter ask Namal what conspiracy means.

For once maybe Namal is correct. While we are all critical let us not act according to our prejudices but explore Namals view point too
