Well done Ranil. The protestors are getting paid by foreign agencies. They are disrupting the public life. They should be removed now. Enough is enough. We need to move on.

Its the beginning of the end for Ranil. Some people think he is the only man who can speak in English and negotiate with IMF. Ha ha what a joke! There are appointed translators in high offices and I have seen this on live programmes in UK. It is sad to note that RW is getting the tri-forces Cheifs to chase the peaceful protestors. Will citizens want a man like that to be Prestdent.

A lunatic act by rulers of this country. If RW is thinking of suppressing protests in modern days using the same technique he used in 80s, good luck . Law will prevail and no one will stay above the law for long. History has proven this .

More to come, end of an era for all those corrupt, including Ranil and Sajith
Nadi Karunaratne Friday, 22 July 2022 09:26 AM
Ranil called the protestors fascist. The Rajapakse glove puppet is the fascist.
Ma Friday, 22 July 2022 09:39 AM
Long overdue action. Security forces should have moved in when they tried to storm govt. Buildings like Rupavahini
Malij Friday, 22 July 2022 09:43 AM
It is not a peaceful protest anymore. Some extremist elements trying to seize power by force. Let the peaceful protestors protest in the area allocated to them now.
Anne Karunaratne Friday, 22 July 2022 10:24 AM
Good move! Enough is enough! Protesters cannot protest against every single president or prime minister that is appointed! They were given ample time to pack.up and leave! The country must go forward.
Prof. T.R. Sirimane Friday, 22 July 2022 11:07 AM
