I knew him when he was 7 years old at St Thomas Prep, Kollupitiya and I remember the day his father became PM. He is down to earth and never proud. Parents have never spoilt him but gave him the best education. He used to come in a Austin Cambridge car driven by the father when he was opposition MP for Colombo Central.

Agree with Wj. Sajith n his party members should immediately meet the other opposition party leaders and come to a common decision and start necessary action to force the govt to hold elections and demand for the release of the budget allocation for the election. If necessary get the masses to the streets to demand for the election. If necessary a massive crowd should be brought to Colombo. Act fast.
