How can it be a god decision if their shelves would be empty because the supply chain elsewhere is broken, for example in customs clearance at the port for dealing with freight on medical shipments?

What about non prescription drugs that are normal requirements. Meds for Cholesterol, Antacids, laxatives, pain killers etc are bought with no prescription. Cannot go to a doctor too.
