Politicians too fall into that 2.2% and the so called graduates are the ones roaming the streets protesting or who have qualified from an outdated education system

Sri Lanka also has quite a few qualified professionals like lawyers RK, MR accountants such as cabarala arjun, who are not part of the prison statistics. Education without values and ethics is harming Sri Lanka.

This is not a wonder because they don't do any studies in the government universities other than ragging and striking! Pathetic and prejudiced lot!! Prison is probably the best place for most of them.

Most countries give numbers of prisoners with an analysis on age criteria or crime criteria ...I wonder at the objective of this analytical presentation in SriLanka based on education ..Is it for the educational institutions to adopt a curriculum that would establish moral and ethics and not only aim at a vocational skill ?
