The CID conducting investigations regarding this incident informed Court that they were yet to receive Attorney General’s advice regarding the future legal action against the suspects.

When the case came up before Colombo Additional Magistrate Manjula Ratnayake, the CID told that the preliminary investigations regarding the incident have been concluded and sought Attorney General's advice. Further magisterial inquiry into the incident fixed for May 11 next year.

In this case, Namal Rajapaksa, Sudarshana Bandara Ganewatta, Nithya Senani, Sujani Bogollagama and Indika Prabhath Karunajeewa were named as the suspects by CID.

So all together in a conspiracy to defer action every six months. Who is responsible to DIRECT AG to give the advice to proceed. Six months is obvious delaying tactic.

AG has no time to read the Police brief and advice. This is solely due to Lackadaisical attitude of the AG in matters where government Politicians are involved

I think he can just pay back the 15 million with his eyes closed. He has got enough money laundered to his account as the Australian TV revealed.
