God only knows how many such cases go undetected ? There would be many others involved in the crime other than the four arrested ?

Under what law were the people arrested? There is no law in Sri Lanka that prohibits buying and storing as much diesel as you want. There are only laws to sell goods above the maximum selling price set by the government, which most traders don't bother with either.

Anyone can keep stocks of fuel. As I know the law applies only when they try to sell without license.

STF should be positioned at the Filling station next to the entrance to St. Anne’s church in Wattala. No 250, Negombo Road. They are cheating and also selling diesel in cans with impunity. Fist fights are a daily occurrence.
