In a digital world, we usually call the world, a GLOBAL VILLAGE, so enacting law against targeting single family is UNFAIR. If DUAL CITIZEN HOLDERS can not hold a parliament seat, then the GOVT. should not go begging the world any more FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

As Diana Gamage's Dual Citizenship is now in breach of the Sri Lankan Constitution she should be immediately removed from office. Also, the State MUST recover the taxpayer funded salary and fringe benefits from the date that the constitutional amendment came into force.

Constitution; Article 91; (1) No person shall be qualified to be elected as a Member of Parliament or to sit and vote in Parliament. (d) if he/she is; (xiii) a citizen of Sri Lanka who is also a citizen of any other country.
