The Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today further extended its order directing the Controller-General of Immigration and Emigration to prevent State Minister Diana Gamage from leaving the country until December 15.
On November 11, Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court directed to temporarily prohibit State Minister Diana Gamage from travelling overseas.
The directive was issued when the petition filed by activist Oshala Herath was taken up for consideration yesterday following which Colombo Chief Magistrate Nandana Amarasinghe issued the overseas travel ban until today.(Lakmal Sooriyagoda)
