Well, like it or not, it is the most prestigious rugby encounter in the country, full stop.
Ranil Saturday, 27 April 2024 03:25 PM
@Francis, If you have a microcosm of brain, then you would know the "importance"! Can you name any other Rugby fixture that can challenge the history and traditions of the Bradby in the Asian continent?

Who cares this nonsense? Forcefully trying to make it an event

Your issue is not "publicity" but the pubity of your cerebral development. Can you name any other Rugby fixture that can challenge the history and traditions of the Bradby in the Asian continent?

@Fake Publicity, When you have no sense, then education, knowledge, learning and the ability to comprehend become a challenge. Can you crawl back under that rock your crept out from and let others peacefully enjoy the Bradby?
News of the century - Elitism is killing this country Saturday, 27 April 2024 03:15 PM
Bradby Shield!! News of the century. This is going to revive the economy, put food on the plate (i.e. 3 meals a day). Ranil will be sworn in as the President we did not want!!
Ranil Saturday, 27 April 2024 04:02 PM
Do I have news for you! It's not "elitism" but feudalism, cronyism and corruption that let the country down. Don't mix-up bad governance and a failed state with a prestigious sporting event such as the Bradby.

@WIC, ALL RUGBY LOVERS LOOK FORWARD TO TRINITY ROYAL RUGBY ENCOUNTER AS THE MUCH AWAITED EVENT IN THE RUGBY CALENDAR

@Ranil: Hats off to you man, what passion for the Game and more importantly the Bradby itself. Aren't we all proud of the two great institutions that we have had the privilege to attend. For the rest please dont be jealous or angry about it
@Ranil for President - For ever and ever Amen Sunday, 28 April 2024 03:54 PM
@Ranil, I don't want to take away from great sporting events such as the Bradby shield, Royal-Thomian, Joe-Pete, Ananda-Nalanda (have I missed anyone?). But, we get too engrossed with the trivial issues and don't pay attention to the important ones. That's when bad governance and corruption creeps in. Look at the voters in the west. They have their eyes on the ball and they are prepared to hold their politicians to account (except for Trump). Here we say "What's the matter, minor matter. Are we worried?, No No". You then deserve what the politicians dish out - corruption, cronyism, elitism. Have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
