The Advanced Level (A/L) examination which was scheduled to be held in August, may be postponed and likely to be held between October and November, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.
While addressing the media he said discussions are underway to hold grade five scholarship examination.
Schools are likely to be held this year until December 22 and 23 before the start of the year 2023. The Minister also stated that he is hoping to provide maximum number of school days to the children and cover this year's syllabus.
