Northern Provincial Council Chief Minister C. V. Wigneswaran who was admitted to the Jaffna Teaching Hospital yesterday for a cardiac test has been discharged this afternoon after completing medical observations, Hospital Director Dr. Bavani Pasupathyraja said.
