I'm all for giving the powers to the provinces but wasn't this TNA joker, Mr. M. A. Sumanthiran, say that we violated the basic foundation of the commonwealth, so why in the world is here meeting the head of that country... but on a positive note i do hope the Chief Minister will root out the extremist and set an example for the rest of the country on true governance...
