Who gives these idiots their license? there should be a system where a renewal is required every 5 years so that careless drives do not get licenses to kill. via DM Android App

I avoided being killed on the road yesterday purely owing to my disciplined driving skills. On route to Kurunegala from Colombo, there were 17 clusters of traffic cops to apprehend vehicles crossing the white line. If they use the bikes and petrol provided at public expense to do mobile surveillance, these marauding lunatic drivers could be lessened systematically. via DM Android App
