problem is not with him.when you enter there is no indication that you canot go.from peliagoda to thorana junc,negombo road junc anyone can go for free.if your entering hiway only the issue.even english understanding people get confused for its complicatednees of trafic routing and signage via DM Android App

Its about time some kind of action on law and order be taken on Trishaw drivers and Motor bike riders but sadly its not happening, When the private bus drivers are a little bit better than they were before the motorbikes and trishawas continue to be a menace. The city of colombo traffic is due to they not adhering to the rules and riding as they want from one lane to another blocking all other traffic

Why Trishaws cannot use Expressway?? Do the speed capacity of Trishaw's meet the minimum speed of expressway?? If so then should be allowed. After all, the expressway was built using tax payers money!!!!

This is the problem with sri Lankans.
Nevertheless, this is an issue stemming from politicians & those in power and well connected that has been taking place over decades in Sri Lanka.

Deterioration of Law & Order.
Its a sign for authorities.
