"STUDENTS AT WHATEVER LEVEL SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN STRIKES OR PROTEST MARCHES ON PUBLIC STREETS. THEIR EDUCATION IS PAID FOR BY THE PEOPLE OF SRI LANKA THEREFORE THEY SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO DISRUPT THE PUBLIC. LIFE OF THE COUNTRY. THIS IS NOT THEIR DEMOCRATIC RIGHT. IGP PLEASE NOTE.
