Three of the ten remand prisoners who escaped yesterday from Avissawella Court premises were arrested last evening in Kosgama area, police said.

These inmates had escaped from the Avissawella court cell after assaulting the jailors yesterday.

They are to be produced before the Avissawella Magistrate today.
