If this is the culture that MR is going to cultivate among the future Youths, then all parents and guardians should not not vote for MR

I guess the arrested persons were SF supporters? Typical of the spineless police, who can't say no to government politicians.

SL Police acting so fast means they have arrested some innocent SF supporters who will now be locked up without bail. On the very slim chance they are MR supporters, they will be released within a day for "lack of evidence". I think SL Police should be re-named "Rajapakse Police"

This culture is nothing new.We have been seeing this since late R.Premadasa's time.Voters still remember, although Arjuna has forgotten, as to what happened to his ancestral house. They had to take refuge! The UNP goons destroyed it. Violence from any side we condemn. If the candidates are not fighting each other and they are perfectly in talking terms why people in between should fight and kill each other. This not exclusive for any party now, sadly all are in it. This is an absolute shame for the entire country. These incidents are already in the international media. Please let's stop it now! At least for the sake of our country's name let's put a stop now.

Yes, this culture is not new - the country needs a change! This change must be for a better future, for our kids to live proudly, in a disciplined society!
