Thirty injured in accident

More than 30 passengers who were travelling in a SLTB bus from Budugekanda to Badulla were hospitalised at the Badulla hospital after the bus they were travelling toppled due to break failure.
 
The bus which was travelling between Budugekanda to Badulla toppled near Soranathota after its breaks reportedly failed. It is reported that 60 passengers were on board the bus at the time and the Badulla police are conducting further investigations. (Palitha Ariyawansa)
