Forget Intl Community and Diaspora. You have to sell the country to the dogs to keep them happy. Make Sri Lanka safe by speeding up the colonisation schemes in the North and East. Make North and East Sinhala majority provinces and problems will end.

These fellows could be recent arrivals from TN based terror camps funded by diaspora and INGOs. Good work by TID to nip in the bud and extreme surveilence is required in the North. Only rapid colonisation schemes backed by the military in the North and East will bring maximum security to Sri Lanka.
