Uganda President Yoweri Museveni has held talks with the visiting Sri- Lanka Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajabaksa.

We a poor 3rd world country living on borrowed money, in debt to the hilt,. Where many of our people are suffering from malnutrition, unemployed, and suffering from poor health playing international aid giver when we cant even help ourselves.
