Charity begins at home, first help the people in this country who faced floods recently, specially the farmers who have lost their crops and have loans to repay. The Gov has a moral responsibility to look after it people first, then only we can help others.

a friend in need is a friend indeed. our country may be struggling, but we must not forget our social responsibilities. even if I have only Rs 1000 in the bank, and a friend needs money for a surgery, I will give as much as I can. Won't you?
