The Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by former UPFA MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena challenging his arrest was rejected by the Supreme Court today.

He was arrested and remanded on charges of misusing 22 vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat.
