Sri Lanka had become the miracle of Asia by becoming one of the top heroin hubs in the world, Opposition UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe said at an election rally yesterday.

Speaking in Akurana, the Opposition leader said that the government had no proper development plans for the country.

“The government has taken loans from the world and governing the country and does not have a proper plan for the development of this country.

“Enough is enough, we should all get together and send this government home,” he said. (Mohomad Ashik)

I just can not help feel sorry for our grand old party when I read and see RW on political stages across the country!!!1 How can the UNP ever believe of a victory with this kind of leader !!!!!!!!!!! He seems to be just enjoying he's opposition leadership and thinks he will be the opposition leader forever but very soon UNP will lose the main opposition state also if he continues and forget about forming a government!!!!!!!!1 UNP please get your act together...for the sake of our nation
