PS politico remanded for threatening female soldier
The Opposition leader of the Galigamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha (UNP), Anura Manchanayake was remanded till March 18 for allegedly threatening a female soldier.
He is alleged to have threatened the female soldier last Sunday (3) over an incident of constructing a road.
He was arrested today and was remanded by the Kegalle Magistrate till 18. (Chaminda Jayalath)
