Power cuts due to repairs

Power cuts experienced in the Dehiwala and Kalubowila area from 8am till this evening are due to monthly repairs and not random power cuts, the Ceylon Electricity Board officials said today.

It was earlier reported that several areas including Dehiwala and Kalubowila were experiencing power cuts from around 8am today. (SR)

CEB should inform the people when they do these repairs, rather than we hear it/see it in the news elsewhere
