Video: MR should take responsibility on errant ministers: BBS

The Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) Organisation said today President Mahinda Rajapaksa should take the responsibility for action of errant ministers and vowed it would tame them if the President failed to correct them.

“The President cannot shy away from taking the responsibility for the action of ministers. We cannot allow him to mollycoddle everyone including the wrongdoers. If he fails to correct those behaving incorrectly then we will have to tame them,” BBS General Secretary Ven. Galagodaatte Gnanasara Thera told a news conference.

He said Minister Rajitha Senaratne had said the BBS was aiming to topple the government and urged the minister to reveal the details if there was such a plot by the BBS.

“What we do is reveal the truth. If the ministers are committing crimes, they should answer to the people. We were not formed by the government, therefore it cannot expect us to be silent,” the monk said. (Video and text by Lahiru Pothmulla)

BBS we are with you but you have to name heroin culprit ministers .for last year you only threaten to do so but did not name them. this will tarnish your image if you tell you need to honour. . there are only thunder and lightning from BBS,BUT TO BACK YOU WE NEED RAIN NOT THUNDER AND LIGHTNING.
