Who is not working towards the betterment of the country? I suppose he thinks he is working towards the betterment of the Nation. Largest number of Ministers, largest number of participants at the UN and other seminars the president attends, the largest Athlete:Official participation at Olympics, etc etc and he thinks he has the right to make a comment like this.

SAD COUNTRY .Not only SLC very sports body in this country is corrupt and messed up whole sale. All what the officials are worried and concerned is when is my nest foreign trip and what are my financial benefits.

Hon. Minister. SLC has become a Business centre. Not every one realize that. Lets reorganise this MUDALALI system and put into the same style which brought International Credits to Sri Lanka in the past. Its in your hands. Dont count the days. Take immediate action preferably before the end of Indian Tour.

Fellows seems to aware that they have to do some work.but they don't know how to do that..once they mess up the whole thing they keep complaining officers.i think this is the same with education as well.its because capable people won't come forward to politics.

Why dont you state that you alone the ruination of the financial status of SLC? Why are you trying to find reasons of irrelevance when under your Ministry cricketers had not been paid for years while you and your masters have been spending extravagantly towards party and overseas trips. Can you explain what happened to Rupees 7 million worth of olympic tickets purchased under your ministry and who are the persons awarded those tickets? and whether those awarded were your henchmen who re-sold them in the black market?

From the Horse's mouth. So what does the Minister plan to do to revamp cricket? Kick the SLC officers out? This has now become a typical excuse of all ministers - to blame the officials under them and save their skins. The elected politicians are ultimately responsible for everything that is happening in their ministries.
