The Judicial Services Association comprising Magistrates and District Judges across the island had also decided to support any decision taken by the BASL to safeguard the independence of the Judiciary.

A source of the JSA said that they would support any decision taken by the Bar in furtherance of safeguarding the independence of the Judiciary.
