Guttless police and CID. they will stand in the midst of rallies and meetings of hate and do nothing even when physical intimidation takes place.

but go after one guys sending a message on SMS.

if someone tell his friend that their is problem between two ethnic groups this is classified as a hate message but not a big public rally where threats are openly issued..
