Dompe PS chairman arrested on bribery charges

Dompe Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman and a Pradeshiya Sabha member were arrested today while allegedly accepting a bribe of four lakhs promising to issue a permit for a quarry, a spokesman for the Bribery commission said.
