Former Provincial Councilor Ananda Sarath Kumara who is alleged to have made a teacher kneel before him, was re- remanded by the Puttalam Magistrate till August 8, for violating bail conditions.He was ordered to be remanded by magistrate Ranga Dissanayake for violating article 14 (1) of the bail act.
