Noel of LaCeylonians, leader, pioneer and a gentleman, who brought fame to local talent, known to me from 1965 at Collettes Ltd., was a born musician and a good friend. Though he was not recognized for his originalities, eventually he received deserved respect from the Sri Lankan state. His web site launched some time ago and his music lives and will continue to.
