How come a man driving without licnces kills a pedestrian then be allowed on Bail? Is there 2 different laws in the country for Politicians and civilians?

Go to any traffic courts in the island. You will not see the privileged in the court corridors. It's this the Punchisinghos with equally down lawyers facing the law. Police has been taken care of to keep the privileged away from the arms of the law. Demo crazy. via DM iPad app

once woman jumped to my car to cross the road from blind bend only got minor twist she went home even without police complain but police was interested to arrest me for overnight to see whether she get into hospital later.now law is not equal to everyone... we are below the law powerful guys above the law. via DM Android App

This is ridiculous. Recently, a driver was remanded by a magistrate for injuring a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. This is killing a pedestrian and driving a vehicle without a driving license. What sort of judiciary system is this? The law of the country should be equal to all citizens and the magistrate must maintain the consistency.
