Colombo Additional District Judge B.A.R. Somasinghe’s 15-year-old son was reportedly abducted on Saturday by some unknown gangsters who had later abandoned the teenager at Wadduwa the same day.

He is alleged to have been abducted somewhere in Moratuwa along Galle Road while he was on his way to a tuition class.

However, the abductors had taken him back to Bambalapitiya where he is supposed to have lost consciousness, according to the statement he had made to the police. (Suranjith Perera)
