The All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama (ACJU) had condemned the recent attacks on Buddhist monks in Tamil Nadu, yesterday. The ACJU in statement posted on their website requested the Indian Central Government to take proper actions to protect the clergy visiting India.
Earlier civil organisations and various groups in Sri Lanka had protested condemning the attacks on the recent attacks on two Buddhist monks in Tamil Nadu urging the Indian government to take stern action against the perpetrators.
The ACJU also pointed out that all religions should encourage respecting other religions.
It stated that it was Indian government’s responsibility to protect people visiting India and had requested the government to take swift action against the offenders and to counter the damage caused. (H.F& L.P)

Just because there are 15.9% of the total population is Muslims Does not mean that Muslims have any Say in Indian Politics. ACJU condem attacks on cleargy men only. What about innocent civilians in Bangladesh ?
authorities are taking required action. What you want just because vistims are muslims do they need to punish severly than current law allowed ?

LTTE sympathizers are at large even now, these comments too identifies some of them. ACJU has rightly condemned the attacks on the Monks.

ACJU is not giving advice, they are condemning an attack against Sri Lankans. Your blatant support for India and the LTTE is obvious. Go and live in bloody India and create a 'Independent Tamil State' there (in Tamil Nadu). Then see how they like it.

I think one must do basic research before commenting on certain facts, current muslim population in India is 177 million as per 2010 stats which is around 15.9% of the total population (There are also over 65 million tamils) however I believe ACJU issued the statement due to the fact that the persons affect are clergy men.
I request Sri Lankan to stop harassing muslims in Sri Lanka. Scattered incidents are cropping up seems no action is taken by authorities.

To Hello world Condeming violence against any clergy is the right of any individual and since ACJU is an incorporated state muslim theological and body i think you should evaluate u should question carefully . And the same time u can question them on the reverse why didnt ACJU condemn Do not act like a chamberlian

just as much as it is the responsibility of the Indian govt. it is also the same Indian govt.'s job to take necessary action as per the Indian laws and India certainly does not need the advice of ACJU in this matter
Why don't you ACJU give your unsolicited advice to your brethren Taliban and Al-Quida to just allow young girls to attend school and to your Mullahs in Kashmir to allow kids to listen to music
