A/L results to be released

The 2012 GCE Advanced Level Examination results will be released, midnight today, the Commissioner of Examinations W M N J Pushpakumara said.

The results will be released over the Examinations Department website www.doenets.lk.

Pushpakumara said that the results had been released subsequent to a comprehensive marking system practiced by university professors and lecturers who had marked the Advanced Level Examination answer scripts.

“The answer scripts were individually marked and assessed by a panel of lecturers under strict supervision,” Pushpakumara said. (Olindhi Jayasundere)
