Western Province Governor denies reports of leaving Government
Colombo, August 25 (Daily Mirror) - Western Province Governor Hanif Yusoof has dismissed claims that he intends to leave the government, describing the reports as “baseless and untrue.”
In a statement, Yusoof reaffirmed his commitment to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake’s vision and policies.
“I have dedicated myself fully to the mission of rebuilding our nation, without pause or hesitation,” the Governor said, stressing that he remains firmly aligned with the government’s efforts.
