Government is taking a revenge from one student, unfair, unjust, violation of FR and HR. How come police say only 60% questioning completed keeping him for nearly 4 months in custody. The rest 40% may take at least 2 more months.

I wonder if the Magistrate was satisfied that the alleged charges come under PTA. In the recent past many others were remanded under PTA and after 6-12 months were given bail with no charges framed against them. This is complete abuse of process by the government
