Warm weather advisory issued for several districts

Colombo, May 12 (Daily Mirror) - A Warm weather advisory has been issued for some places in the Ampara, Batticaloa, Polonnaruwa and Moneragala districts valid for tomorrow.

The Natural Hazards Early Warning Centre of the Meteorology Department said the heat index, the temperature felt on human body is likely to increase up to ‘Caution level’ at some places in the Ampara, Batticaloa, Polonnaruwa and Moneragala districts.

The Warm Weather Advisory was issued by the Natural Hazards Early Warning Centre at 3.30 p.m. today valid for tomorrow (13).
