Ven. Uduwe Dhammaloka Thero, who was arrested on charges of illegally keeping a baby elephant in his possession, was remanded till March17 by the Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris today.


 The CID arrested the Thera at the Alan Mathiniyaramaya Temple in Polhengoda this morning.(Shehan Chamika Silva)
