Vance departs for talks in Pakistan, as Israel bombs Lebanon

Al Jazeera - US Vice President JD Vance has departed for Islamabad, where he is scheduled to join talks with Iran on Saturday to end their war.

In advance of the talks, Israel continues to bombard Lebanon after killing at least 300 people and injuring 1,150 in nationwide strikes on Wednesday.
