Veteran journalist and artiste Vajira Kodithuwakku today assumed duties as Presidential Media Director (Electronic and Operations).

Kodithuwakku, who has worked in many media organizations for a long time, has also worked as a press secretary to several ministers.

He worked as the press secretary to the Northern Province Governor before assuming duties as the Presidential Media Director. Kodithuwakku is also an expert artist.

So many advisers and consultants appointed. People have the right to know their remunerations, perks and other fringe benefits given from tax payers' money.

Good . However we would like to know what they are going do and what are their KPIs. They use tax payers money. Public has right to know the impact they are going to do for the society. And it should be measurable. this should apples to all public sector

We are suppose to be on the verge of Bankruptcy .but no many top jobs and appointments overnight. Are they volunteers so patriotic or highly paid professionals? but how are these positions funded ?

Many advisors and consultants appointed regularly. People have no essentials but they have to foot all this unnecessary expenditure. Looks as if the govt is not interim.
