Please remember the women has to testify open court for many years. Defence lawyers can ask all the thing such as if you have not moved, how did he raped, what sort of feeling you had, sort of questions. Women will suffer whole lot and many gave up. So case may closed. This instance women happen to be very brave. Unfortunately in Sri-Lanka THERE ARE NOT closed court systems for these type of cases. Please do not take as a joke. These really happens in Sri-Lanka.

Sri Lankan judiciary is most concerned about the sustenance of the lawyers. They drag court cases for several decades so that the lawyers can live off them.
